The initiative ensures that required regulatory and compliance information is complete and accurate for all external partners working with Roche. The External Workforce Stakeholder Engagement Specialist will engage with Roche Responsible Persons (RRPs) — Roche employees who oversee and manage external partners such as contractors, consultants, managed services and collaborators. This role supports the RRPs throughout the validation campaign by tracking progress, following up on incomplete submissions and helping ensure timely completion and works closely with the Project team to support the successful delivery of the initiative.   The perfect candidate (m/w/d) combines a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) diploma with experience in data validation and a highly resilient mindset.
