Hoffmann La Roche, we are searching for: Network Supply Manager (m/w/d) (S) - BS   Background The Global Supply Chain Operations Organization seamlessly connects markets to the global manufacturing network by centrally managing supply, inventory and replenishment planning for drug products and drug substances. We orchestrate the value streams between sites and affiliates by balancing the demand and supply equations across markets, products, manufacturing assets and inventory points. We ensure right first time order fulfillment and delivery of drug products everywhere and anytime in the global network. The Network Supply Manager owns the supply plan for up to three years for externally manufactured DS (Drug Substance) and DP (Drug Product) and ensures the supply of commercial DS and DP within the entire network. This includes management of inventory across different nodes within the internal and external manufacturing network and enablement of on-time in-full order fulfillment and supply of products and required documents worldwide. The Network Supply Manager represents Supply Chain in Joint Management Team (JMT) meetings with ContractManufacturing Organizations (CMO) and supports performance review and root cause analysis. Moreover, the Network Supply Manager defines improvements to ensure a reliable supply, meeting or exceeding performance targets and network requirements.
