For our client an international pharmaceutical company based in the region Rothkreuz we are looking for a Project Administration (Services).

Background

Cobas 6800/8800 are one of the main analytic instruments of the RMD Division. They are targeted at large laboratories, hospital labs, blood screening institutes and plasma fractionators for high-volume routine testing. As part of the instrument roadmap, it is planned to perform a major update of the instrument in the coming years. This project "cobas 6800/8800 System 2.0" is responsible to deliver this update, which will allow RMD to become more efficient in the area of instrument SW development. The goal is to improve SW quality while reducing the cost of SW development and support. The project has around 200 members, some are dedicated to the project some work as Subject Matter Experts in their field. The project is managed by the Project Leadership team. The perfect candidate has an apprenticeship in office administration, first experiences in Project Administration and Project Management artifacts and is a highly motivated, proactive, self-organized, and independent teamplayer.

 

Task and Responsibilites:

  • Administrative duties
  • Help to set up project meetings
  • Handle the minute-taking at meetings
  • Organize venues
  • Assist with planning
  • Keep the project documents up to date
  • Keep track of specific project expenditures
  • Updating Roche charts

 

You must have these qualifications

  • Commercial apprenticeship in office administration (EFZ)
  • Min. 1 year professional experience with Project Management tasks and methodologies
  • Experience in creating and maintaining project management artifacts e.g., the risk log, FTE lists, etc.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good knowledge knowledge of MS Office; Skills in Project Management tools (e.g. Smartsheet) knowledge of G-Suite is a plus
  • Very good spoken and written command of German (min. C1 level) and good command of English is necessary
  • Thinking ahead and get things done, proactive
  • Ability to work well with people – building trust with the Project Team team – being dependable, proactive, and working smart.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and structured
  • Able to see things from the perspective of others and identify what motivates them, in order to reach winwin solutions for all target groups
  • Able to work independently, positive attitude and teamplayer
